Internship - Business Operations (7 months or more)

1.Work with large data sets, turning them into actionable recommendations and high-impact business outcomes; design and develop automated analytical solutions and reports; partner with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to shadowing team members, to understand, analyze and make suitable recommendation in delivering creative solutions to complex problems.

2.Involve in company strategy digitalization projects through coordinating and implementing the Performance Management System together with APAC headquarter’s project team.

3.Monitor project processes and continuously improve the processes.

1.Below 1 year of work experience

2.Department Major: Foreign language, Business & Management

3.Good English speaking, listening, reading and writing skills

4.Demonstrate strong innovation ideas, negotiation skills and detailed-mind, organisational, people-oriented personality

5.Strong communication and coordination skills, capable to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

6.Exceptional organisational and analytical skills 

7.Ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment

8.Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills

9.Possess cross cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence

10.Be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic and sense of confidentiality

11.Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite of products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or other editing software, and Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar, contacts, scheduling and task management required

12.Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus

13.Love to explore and apply new application programs to assigned projects

Internship -Technical Service (7 months or more)

1.Understands Medical Devices products, services and dynamic Taiwan’s healthcare market.

2.Prepares Technical Service materials per request from senior team members; maintains records of service volume, revenues, and analyze them against forecasts; collects, compiles, verifies, and analyzes data on product defected and customer feedback.

3.Join field visits with the professional service team.

1.Below 1 year of work experience

2.Bachelor’s Degree as minimal education requirement

3.Demonstrate strong innovation ideas, negotiation skills and detailed-mind, organisational, people-oriented personality

4.Strong communication and coordination skills, capable to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

6.Ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment
